Tamping Technique

Apply a flat and balanced tamping. Always be below the maximum level (level indicator inside scoop). “Practice on your tamping and produce the perfect extractions.” A perfect tamping will increase the water pressure at optimal level and provide a well extracted espresso with the best results.
